I have just bought Hafei Minz for [b]$19,990 (OPC). I think its a damn good deal (with 3yrs/100,000kms warranty) I took a 10 year loan and only pay $230.20 per month! I am still waiting for the car to be delivered (mid Sep 2007).
I have read alot of reviews and spoke to some of my China Chinese friends about the car. They told me is not attractive but reliable, so will wait and update you guys again!

Imagine you get bumped or scratched, generally getting into an accident where you need to get parts replaced. Would you be able to afford the replacement? I understand that you are of the thinking that if you drive carefully, you will not get into an accident. Let me tell you something. You can get into an accident with your car parked @ your car park. If your wallet can take it without you having to starve yourself for 2 weeks to get it fixed, good for you. If not, good luck.

if you can, please update yourself by reading global news, watch more videos, on what china is all about. true they may be developing but i just dont like the way they handle things.

Erm, but won't your engine rev like crazy? I mean like 90 kmh is ok for most other cars as their top speed generally around at least 180kmh like that. Won't the car feel like a bit... unsafe? Maybe not to you but how about your passengers? However, if you already test drive the car and happy that it can go at a high speed safely then I guess its ok loh...
Btw, in case you not sure, if you talking about the right most lane (ie. lane 1), during weekends especially since you are driving an OPC, then 90kmh is too slow at some expressways. Some stretches you can easily see people hitting 110kmh or more. I know its breaking the law but its a fact that others are doing it and all of us just have to live with it. And yes, if in drive closer you mean people tail gate you, then yes, there will be the WRXs, RX-8s, EVOs, Celicas etc driven by ah bengs that might do so to you. But of course, you can always ignore them... -

I want to remind you to be careful with your new car. If you have test driven it, you would have noticed how small and narrow the size of the wheels/tyres are. You compare it with the height and you soon realise the high CG it has to counter. Go slow when you turn, do not attempt sharp cornering and and decent/indecent "drift".
You are putting not only your life, but the lives your 5 loved ones at stake too. -

if you're on the right lane and doing 90, with a car behind following closely... what do you do? continue to stay in that lane and be a road hog or filter out of that lane and let them through? I think u will only manage to hit the top speed at 40 tiangs...sekali even KJE at night also cannot
