      i saw a yellow top taxi it was a toyota wish, didnt manage to snap any pic thou i was in shock haha

      has any1 else seen it ? pls post pic thanks

      i dont tink i saw it wrongly it was a toyota wish yellow top n i oso did saw a honda airwave too tis yellow top cabs do release different type of veh to b made into taxis

      Go read up on today’s ST Home section, page H6. The newest player to join the taxi market, Prime Taxis, will be rolling out their 20 copper-toned CNG-converted Toyota Wish cabs next week. Their flagdown fare will be lower too, $2.50 compared to the new ones already on the roads.

      mb now is the period to try out new taxis as they are phasing out the old crowns and cedrics jus hope it ends soon coz having a variety of taxi models on the road is unsightly its betta to standardise the taxi to one or two models on the road.

      btw wats ur guys fav taxi

      mine is hyundai sonata it look elegant and spacious too...

      there’s some mercedes taxis that have the logo “Dynasty” on the side.. they belong to which company ar?

      They belong to Trans Cab.

      i saw a kia maganities taxi and it is under yellow-top or so i dun know how to spell it lah

      There are so many type of taxi..see liao also blur....

      So far the most rare that I saw was the white camery and the white mazda6.

      I was surprised to see them parked along the road at beach road near middle road and chatting around past midnight time just 2 mths ago
      Now...thats really super rare to see a mazda6 with a taxi sign on top.

      As for the wish and airwave..they started out trying on axio...
      And there's one more type of the orange-brown taxi but I forgot the model...

      I only saw what looks like a yellow-top Honda Stream, haven't see a yellow-top Wish before. I saw copper color Wish though. Even though there are only 20 supposedly, i see them quite often.

      Are those yellow-top Fiat or Honda private-owned? They don't belong to any company right?

      Those that are black and yellow without logos are privately-owned taxis.

      There were a few Toyota Corolla 2.0L (Aussie Spec) running around in the past too.

      the airwave and streams were modified.. had CNG tanks installed at the boot area…can carry 4 passengers in comfort…n has a lower flag down rate than the sonata or the e-class
