anyway, the stomp there says the woman has already contacted stomp or some media saying that she is the driver and is feeling sad and crying everyday. she will probably have to see the police for further investigation.
Myself when i drive , sometimes i see amber i also accelerate to drive straight. Sometimes, for driver huh, its a matter of luck whether you will kill someone or not, cos you know huh, our human brain once in a while make cork up errors up. -
this guy is the unlucky chap. that is life.. everyday, the god of chance is peering to see who is the suay kia of the day. -
SIngapore got camera everywhere wat! so should be easier to catch this 'killer' and also all the car repair shops must be checked.For the traffic police maybe this is sai kang.

From the woman's own account, she said the light was amber so she thought she had right of way to turn right.
My question: Amber light or Amber right turn arrow?
If amber light the opposite direction should be amber also. So the motorcyclist proceeded straight under an amber light and the woman made a right turn during an amber light.
As such, the fault lies with the woman because turning right on amber is no different from turning right on green light. you have to lookout before you turn.
If is amber right turn arrow, means motorcyclist fault..
eh.. so is this junction got right turn amber arrow or dun haf? -

this is not a drama series or movie. Doesn't matter if the bikers fault or the driver, both are equally responsisible.
i know the lady has come forward, but its still a hit and run, a big no-no in my book.

From my browsing, nowhere in the appeal or the newspapers report stated that it was a Hit and Run case. well it seems to imply a hit and run, because if the lady's identity was known TS propably would not be searching for her. how is it known it is a female driver though? witnesses?
anyway if it is a hit and run, which it seems to be, i agree with uglyguy, it is common decency to stop and check on the persons condition even if u were in the right or wrong -

Anyway, another accident on the express way today... The traffic was like slowing down suddenly when passing to see what happened... Nearly crashed into the cab in front who brake suddenly to take a look...

singaporean all bloody kapo one. always slow down to see show when got accident. knn, jam up the road.
and when got jam people will start to cut here cut there, causing more accidents.

that woman is a noob. When the light is amber, she does not have the right of way to turn right. She is absolutely wrong. What an ignorant idiot. If its amber arrow, there's no way the motorcyclist will still be moving straight since it is red light already.
