ya sure we are all here bashing china made cars, but in real life... very hard to say liao. -
Hmm i guess the only two china brands i would consider is brilliance and great wall.
brilliance because they actually bothered to up their standards etc. to be accepted at the frankfurt motor show and to pass the safety test.
great wall because at least the brand name and logo is quite original - it screams china instead of just copying some other brand. (of cos whether the car is a copy is a different thing.. i'm just talking abt the brand here) -
well one reason is that cos u have no$ and u're tired of living...

in case there is an accident. it can wrap u up nicely inside the metal. I drove a Geely CK once..and i dont like it. flimsy handling...more for an old man to drive...

Cost is lower, if the safety is ok, why not ? Not all the cars from China can not pass the tests, some are tested under europe standards, the results are acceptable. At least I don't like to be so impolite!

ha ha ...typical Chinese ppl....... never look up upon own kind...... always the other races are superior....sigh.....
Trace back the history ..when the Japanese start making cars.... no one thought it will make it to world standard..... but with the attractive low selling price ...over the years they gathered enough resources to reinvest into their R&D n look at them today.... put most of the so called continental to shame..... my point is .. it is just a matter of time before the Chinese will do some catch up. If you pay close attention ... the Chinese have only started manufacturing cars n they are already slowly gaining their market share..... Also one must never forget, even without the support from the rest of the world .... the Chinese car manufacturers will still make it big time base on one fundamental. Aim to be the cheap n common car in China n the market is more than enuff to sustain growth in many many years to come.
