I just bought a 1 yr old Renault Kangoo 1.5 Turbo at $24k. It looks brand new except i heard very loud noise from the engine, where i think there's something wrong with the Timing Belt, so i juz sent it back to the agent and get it fixed up since i haven't drive it before and its still under warrenty (49k milage).
Hmm... since i'm a new car user, there's really alot of things or i can say i know nothing about maintaining a car. Can you guys please teach me how? I really need a complete how to maintain my car list hee.
Hmm... Things like Engine Oil, Battery, Timing/Shaft Belts, brake liquid and stuf like this... hmm... i really have not idea. How to check the levels and what kinda Engline oil i should use... and how to prevent Gearbox from spoiling and how to maintain? Any particular diesel i shld use or avoid? which oil station to go to? which cheaper?
THANKS!
PS: Btw, what's the symptom of problem with timing belt? its the loud sound from the engine rite?

Follow your manufacturer recommended servicing package, should be more than sufficient for normal maintanence..
