These are the pictures you werenÂ’t meant to see until next week, but the new Nissan GT-R has made an early appearance on the web, and we didnÂ’t want AutocarÂ’s readers to miss out.
Due to be unveiled at the Tokyo motor show on 24 October, the new GT-R has had fans – us among them – champing at the bit in anticipation for months.
NissanÂ’s new performance hero has been spotted testing at the Nurburgring more times than we can remember, and a disguised car even made an appearance at the Goodwood Festival of Speed earlier this summer.
But this is the first time weÂ’ve seen the undisguised car, and itÂ’s every bit the purposeful machine we were hoping for.
We can only reveal a few details for the moment: the GT-R has a twin-turbo V6 pumping out 473bhp and 433 lb ft, itÂ’s got four-wheel drive and it comes with a dual-clutch six-speed automated manual gearbox. Oh yes, and itÂ’ll do 0-60mph in 3.5sec and tops out at 192mph.

will it cost more than 300k?

From the specs, i will be around the 250k-300k. anymore than tat, it will price its self out of the range .

i don't think many ppl will buy this car if it is priced 200~300k. Considering there are so many traffic lights and it is a nissan.

If its less than 350k i want one! A Nissan that cost so much less than the Porsche and belongs to the supercar category. why not? Down with the germans n italians! I don't give a hoot bout the looks anyway.

True..Porsches, Ferraris, Lambos, all these exotic brands will never go out of demand..
Nissan can never match the exotic-ness associated with these exotic marques..Just like Lexus can never be that luxury brand that Toyota hopes it will be..No matter how luxurious Lexuses are, they will forever be associated with Japanese and Toyota..

Different..those other pictures you see is still the concept car..but these pictures here is exactly what you will see at Tokyo Motorshow that starts on 24th Oct and it will also be what it will look like when customers collect it..meaning what you see here is the production-ready model and no longer a concept..Originally posted by spadeTwo:alle, i think u quite wols leh

the front is crap... the front fender also like got an ugly kink... but the rear is macho and full of muscle
