mounting spark earth on civic esi.

  Hi all . i'm planning to get a used car , civic esi 1.6 A . heard the fc is abt 10-11 or lower. was thinking if adding a spark earth on it will improve the FC .. what u guys think ?
  
  i know it may sound dumb to add a fuel saving equipment on a high fuel consuming vehicle bt what u guys think ?

  a better idea would be getting a more fuel saving car
