Pls Help!!

  Yo all bros...i just got my new car 2day which is suzuki swift..as im new to owning a car,pls advice me on the metal knob that is stuck at mt licence plate..what is it?and i was told that i cant change my plate unnessasarily wihout aprroval by LTA?and if that is so cant i change my bodykit on my own?still need approval meh??What is that metal knob for????pls help..thanxxx

  Did you buy an off peak aka red plated vehicle?

  Yup!!and i heard its very troublesome if i wanna change bodykit as i must need LTA approval..is it??

  yes.. before that.. need to fill up a form.. think can download from LTA website then askthe workshop to fill up.. then go to LTA.. think must pay S$50.. get approval.. then go to inspection centre to unscrew... then go to workshop.. do up your bodykit.. then go back to inspection centre and screw the damn thing in.... yes.. that is the bloody trouble of having a weekend car. nothing comes cheap in this world (singapore)

  LOL great imagination, but it might be done in future if they need some extra finaces lol, but then people use 20 dollar ticket then waste time liaoz, must find a way to implement

  aiyoh...wat the F***!So trouble leh...aniwae thanxx for the informations..hmmmm btw can i do it illegally,let say just ask the workshop to take it out and screw the damn thing back after evrything is done??LTa wont know rite???
