COE Renewal after 10years

  Hey guys.. like to check with u... if a commerical vehicle is more than 10years old and u wan to renew the COE....
  
  The COE price is base on current market value or the value of it 10years ago?

  I think current market value.
  
  But for old cars over a set number of years, think have to pay extra road tax which increases yearly up to 50% in the end.

  the COE is, if I am not wrong... 3months running average...
  
  june $10000
  july $11000
  aug $12000
  
  COE for renewal in sept = (10+11+12)/3
  
  sept $13000
  
  COE for renewal in oct = (11+12+13)/3

  Yes, 3 mths average or called PQP.. they usually post the PQP price together with the COE price.
