  Today's "my paper" mentioned something about a British expat in Singapore who bought a McLaren F1 at almost $4 million. Can anyone confirm that I read this correctly?

  Yah. What u read is confirm! I also read it too. Sold for 3.92million. If i'm not wrong, the car is not register on singapore road. I think it is exported.

  Yah. An ang moh bought it. But not registered on SG road. I think it is exported.

  LS460: 4.6 litre engine (base model)
  LS460L: 4.6 litre engine, Long wheel base version
  LS600hL: 5.0 litre engine(I think), hybrid, Long wheel base.

  Oh, so the difference between the NORMAL LS460 and LS600 is mostly engine based. Very hard to differentiate between the 2. Any prominent asthetic difference?

  from wat i noe 959 had magnesium alloys that are hollow to form a sealed chamber contiguous with the tire and equipped with a built in tire pressure monitor...i dun think that is carried forward to this beetle?

  I think this owner used to own a 959 but then change to beetle.

  No lah... the rim is used by Porsche in the 80s. Porsche 911 Carrera, 924, 928 have this wheel design.
