And F1 GTR race cars are also converted to being road-legal and sold isn't it? So it's more than 72 ma..![]()

I think you misunderstood me?Originally posted by AE86tofu:dude stock F1's dont have a front splitter for starters...if i'm correct....
If I'm not wrong, this is a modified McLaren F1. It was an F1 initially, but modified to become similar to an F1 LM. So it may still be labeled as an F1. But dunno if the F1 the report referred to is this one.Originally posted by alleggerita:Isn't this an F1 GT? Yeah..I think someone here did point out before that this F1 used to be stock F1..then got modified to be a F1 LM..but aren't all F1 LM in the unique orange hue?Originally posted by yxTay:If I'm not wrong, this is a modified McLaren F1. That silvery / grey F1 with the spoilers - its chassis #018 with the aftermarket HDF(High Downforce Kit) on it. It's renowned to be possibly the best F1 out there
As for all the LM's being in the unique orange (Papaya) they aren't; apparently 2 of the 3 LM's that the Sultan of Brunei owns are black with decals down the side. No photo's are known to have been taken of the Black LM's, but here is a picture of one off Pininfarina Senior Designer, Maurizio Corbi's website, who had access to the cars in Brunei during his time with Pininfarina since they created several special cars for the Brunei Royal Famil

Whoa! That's a dope ride... , must be pretty cool driving in an F1 driver's position.... ![]()
