to me, it looks like an inevitable process, with the shift from taxation on car ownership to car usage.
will that make cars cheaper? i mean, in places like hk, you can buy a car, leave it to rot at the garage and pay nothing (if you don't pay for carpark). if you don't use you pay nothing at all. that's why it's cheap.
