  Looks like the Malaysian made LADA car to me. Hope i spell it correctly. I see quite a number of Lada cars in Singapore.

  Lada is from Russia.They were sold in SG in the 1980s,but have disappeared from our roads.Did you mean Perodua?

  I think it most likely a Perodua and not a Starlet, i have seen Starlet many times already especially in my school as im in the Automotive course and i have to touch that model every day and learn how to fix it
