I was pretty pissed with my 1st try. I was doing a right-turn in the circuit, while some car zoomed past me at the left lane. For some goddamnknown reason, the tester jammed brake n said 'near miss ar' ... I was like wtf? but didn't bother arguing ... after that, he went ticking happy ... I duno is it me or the testers, but from 28 pts to 6 (I am not trying to show off lar, ppl 1 try setltle better than me, i know) ??? Hello ???Oh, and erm, i took about 30 lessons ... cos i forgot about 5 lessons .... yeah ...

Hmmm.. Congratulation to all those who have pass their driving test. So having to know the road of SG already? :) Wanted to know from u guys.. Wat's the feeling when urs 1st time on ur TP test?

My boring account...
BTT pass on 1st try.
Advanced T pass on 2nd try.
1st time: A little nervous, but not as bad as those candidates with sweaty palms and foreheads. Failed, 58 points. Mount kerb in circuit.
2nd time: Very relaxed. Due to one month lag between 1st and 2nd try, plus the last driving session was a month ago during the 1st test, I knew it was a sure fail. But showed up anyway just to try my luck. Failed the circuit at parallel parking. Knocked over the poles many times and over. After the test route, TP left before I came to a complete stop, slammed the car door and failed me. 34 points I think.
3rd time: Well prepared and feeling relaxed cos I didn't really want to pass. Whole thing went smoothly. The moment TP kept reminding me never to drag the 1st gear when I'm driving on the road, sort of knew he was going to pass me.

I didnt even study for both tests initially. I was told you can go practice at the computer. So i practiced for 1-2hrs at bbdc. Then took a test and pass. Since it works for basic, i did the same thing for FT...come early to bbdc and practice on the computer....did over 300questions...turned out questions all the same and pass as well.

erm yeah i was lucky.
I took over 22+2=24lessons though (including revisions). My instructor dont like me, just like all of you...
edited because i think i only practiced for 1-2hours...might even be just 30-45mins. The rest are break time.

i got 28 points . Cause strike curb once 10 points . Without the 10 points i PASS already ARGH !!!
But i guess i was very nervous thats why strike curb lol .
Couldn`t sleep the night before my tp have to take sleeping pills . LOL .
Anyway theres always the second time LOL .

Yes. I would say 55% skills, 45% luck. My tester said I actually committed a critical mistake and it could have been an immediate failure, but he said he close one eye and let me pass.
Lady Luck must be smiling down on me that day.

class 2B = 4 times (super cherish this licence)
class 2A = 1 time (good form on that day)
class 3 = 2 times (1st attempt immediate failure for speeding!!

You won't be as amazing as a lady at CDC Ubi. My instructor, an respected old bird at CDC, pointed out a lady to me in the circuit once. He said she failed 3 times already. And the number of lessons she took before going for her 1st TP test is 57 lessons!
Total lessons so far? 100 plus.
