Sgcarmart reference price for the Civic Type R is $124,000. But looking at specific PIs, the most expensive probably is VinCar's 122k, lowest is 109k from CarLingual (not taking into account cash rebates).
So spend about 10k++ more for special colours, 6 speed gearbox, full Type R goodies bucket seats, bodykit, spoiler, instrument cluster, and best of all 70bhp more.
