  Sgcarmart reference price for the Civic Type R is $124,000. But looking at specific PIs, the most expensive probably is VinCar's 122k, lowest is 109k from CarLingual (not taking into account cash rebates).

  So spend about 10k++ more for special colours, 6 speed gearbox, full Type R goodies bucket seats, bodykit, spoiler, instrument cluster, and best of all 70bhp more.

  But then again, the situation might change in 5 years.

  I feel it's like a cycle.

  When ppl buy now, in 5-8 years, they will start to hunt for new ones.

  That's when the next wave of massive deregistration will occur.

  My mom also predict 2013 will be the time when COE might soften.

  Just nice, I plan to get my first set of wheels by then.
