  Hey, just wondering what does PARF and OMV mean?
  have been seeing this terms alot in used car classifieds.
  just curious.

  PARF - Paid Additional Registration Fee (rite?) which is used to calculate the rebate for cars registered after Oct 2002.
  
  OMV - Open Market Value (rite?) which is used to calculate the rebate for cars registered before Oct 2002.
