The difference is that driving centres conduct lessons on a systematic structure and private schools may varies from school to school.

Use the formula below
Pump full tank --> reset your Odometer --> drive till empty --> Pump full tank again --> Note down how many litres you had pump. So now your odometer should
show the total distance you have covered for that tank of petrol . Now use your Total distance covered divide by the amount of petrol you had pump and you will get your Fuel consumption

There is a package that allows you to enroll for class 4 and 5 together at the cost of about $750. If you are just going for the class 4 driving license, it will cost you about $450 just for one license.
4.What is the difference between class 3 from class 4 and 5 ?
The difference is mainly the turning radius and the braking. The turning radius is wider then a normal class 3 vehicle as it is longer. Braking system used on Class 4 and 5 is different from class 3 as they are using air brakes. You must get used to the air brake if not you gonna jerk your way throughout on a class 4 or 5 vehicle.
5.What isthe procedure to getting a class 4 licence and the duration? <-- Asked by williamtan
The procedure is the same as you enrol for a class 3 driving license and the duration is about 1 - 2 months time before you actually have your first practical lesson. So alone class 4 will take about 3 months and the same for class 5.
