LS is good, but definitely not worthy of best anime.
Its a light hearted slice of life in the first place.
Claymore anime is complete crap compared to manga.
The story started out decent and ended like poo.
The second arc of DN is teh phail. First arc was damm good.
And i dont think madhouse did a great job on making DN.
Simply according to reviews, Potential winrars of 2007 are ...
Baccano (Have not watched, dying for it)
Darker Than Black (Watched and found it boring)
Code Geass (Best mecha)
Gurren Lagann (GAR show)
Sayonara Zetsubo Sensei (Best and most unique comedy)
My vote goes to Kaiji anyway.
But i am 100% sure that I will be the only one voting for it.
And if seto no hanayome or hayate the combat butler wins, then i really LOL.
