Just a few questions to fellow forumites.. How do you get your fansubbed anime now? Do they still catch people for bt downloads now? And if they do, is it for all anime or only licensed anime? Also, I heard that the software peer guardian helps you bypass inspection for bt downloads? And what is the current status of odex?

1. 美坂栞:それは秘密です。
2. Odex dont have the legal rights, its the Japanese Copyright holders. I believe only Bandai, TVTokyo and Gonzo are more trigger happy though.
3. They can prosecute for Anime produced under their company.
4. PeerGuardian helps block known range of bad IPs. But its not 100% foolproof.
5. I dont know and I dont want to know. Best if that company close down.

the only reason odex picked on few of us is because they cant afford the court fees if all cases drags.
so i wont hiew at all.
btw odex so-called video on demand is a failure, as their site is still down after the hacker's attack.
i laugh at those idiots that actually paid to access their vod.
odex is better off dead. they better start a new company under a new name with different directors so people wont find out who they are. oh and this time, make sure their new company is registered at a new address.
