These are the stable onesWOW! you got CDL!! I cant afford that...

How much you bought your CDL for? I find that the current price of CDL is too high. Yield may not be too good at that price...

Aft viewing's last night CNA SG Biz Tonight
Bet SMRT and ComfortDelGro
They bet ComfortDelGro
As SMRT gains, only for 2-3 yrs, aft which growths turns stagnent...
While ComfortDelGro because of overseas expansion, will be the better choice eventually
shade - Heard it?

Semb Kimtrans
STATS Chippac
Cheung Woh
Mostly in cash, waiting to re-enter.
Market in correction mode recently. Third quarter results coming up soon, with most company expected to do ok. But, going forward, high oil prices and hurricane effects may impact future earnings... Very tricky market in the coming weeks.
I'm thinking of buying something starting with an S.. hmm.. dunno if i should.

For ComfortDelGro, you have to be patient.
Now the stage is growing, aft 2-4 yrs, the returns will appear
Of course, they still have their matured biz liao
As for SMRT, I can only say, the co aft 3 yrs, growth may really be stagnent
Retail space up, Taxi fleet expanded... What's next?Edited by sbst275 08 Oct `05, 11:49AM

Hi....I don't know if I should start a new thread or ask the question here......Im just wondering, since most of the portfolio units are single companies with some occasional managed REITs, how did you guys choose those companies? Do you use a filter/ software of any kind? If so, what software do you prefer? If not, what methodology do u use?

From my personal observation, Stock prices are the most volatile at the last hour of trading. Not sure why...maybe singaporean investor's mentality is to "wait and see" ??
