      Cleanliness?

      For me it is all the above

      As they all important points of being a good toilet that would leave good impression on people using it

      For eg. Fullerton Hotel

      Well, for me, also all of the above, plus if it is free.

      (If it is free, then it is better, since nowadays nobody likes to pay even a ten-cent to get into a toilet........unless very urgent.)

      (Although the cleanliness is far more important for hygiene.)

      (I recommend the toilet in Tampines Mall for having all the above features, plus being FOC.)

      First, must not have the 10cents sign outside the toliet. Second, the lock of the toliet can lock. Third, There must be pang sai chua inside.
      Pang sai Chua = Toliet paper

      quiet but not too quiet place is good too

      u know.. so u can shit in peace without feeling there's a queue outside waiting for u to come out..
      but won't worry that some peeping tom is going to come into the next cubicle...

      Nice piped in music is good

      must have clean toilet bowl
      must have toilet paper
      must have clean floor
      must be FOC Laughing Laughing

      P.S. My school fail everything execpt for FOC part Laughing . They don't even have mirrors.
