      Just see it this way.....

You have 1 1/2 years to master everything. You can screw up your tests all you want, because in the end, it's not gonna affect your A Levels one little bit.

Just take it slow and steady, and be consistent with your schoolwork. Put in your best effort, and don't fret if you screw up a test or two. Just be sure to learn from your mistakes.

Once you go to uni, you won't have that kind of luxury anymore.... here, if you screw up one single mid-term test, then you've pretty much screwed up that module. Really.

    • its not that i dont know how to do. i know how to do it, the method and the steps, but i just cant get the answer.
its damn frustrating cos you kinda know that you know how to do it, but you just cant bloody get that final answer. and for math, theres only one freakin answer.

im sick of it already la

      stupid vectors, stupid de

    • Yeah.... I think I posted something like that before.

But really.... just take it slow and steady. It can be really frustrating when you can study your ass off and the results you get do not correspond to how much effort you've put in.

In the end.... don't see it as 'I don't have enough time to do my current workload'. Start seeing it as 'I have six months to prepare for my A Levels'. Trust me.... suddenly, everything will seem to be a lot more manageable when you start looking at the big picture.

And really.... what's the worst that can happen if you screw up this one single Maths test? At most you get a little paiseh when someone asks you how you did for it, that's all. It won't affect your A Levels one little bit.

Bottom line: don't sweat the small stuff. And really, much of this is pretty small stuff.

    • yeah jc is freaking slack. For 1.5 years, i play pretty much all day long but i try my best to attend most of the lectures la. Can still end up with good grades. But more than 10% of A level students scored triple A and above. or was it 20%?
