Why? Cos people are flooding our calls with complaints on why they 'deserved' to get freebies, that it is 'unfair', that they 'own the points', that we are not 'sincere in giving freebies', that they 'are not hard-up for freebies but complaint that it is integrity that they demand the freebies nevertheless', that they 'dun need such freebies', etc...</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Cool right?!!!</p> <p>Great consumers. Welcome to the awakening of your freedom of speech and rights. We hear you. Say goodbye to all the freebies cos it will never happen again...not with this mgt that you have screwed it up.</p> <p>What's next? No frill products and services. We will just concentrate on making MONEY from you. There will not be loyalty programme cos that cost us. There will no be feel-good campaign cos we get complaints and no compliments.</p> <p>Do you think we are going to plough the money from marketing campaigns into lowering of prices? A huge resounding NO.......Why, you asked? Cos we didn't get any budget from sponsorship, and sponsorship in the first place dun come from our profit of selling you products and services.</p> <p>And since we only received tonnes of complaints from you customers, we can hardly justify any performance bonus. So no bonus, no show.</p> <p>So dear customers, please go suck thumb cos you have messed up the scene with your self-righteous, egocentric importance.</p> <p>Ok now, let me go back to re-price my products and services so that now I can be measured for our direct input to profit margins and revenue. Well, you may change your preferences, sure....but now my mgt is going to back me up nevertheless cos our products and services are the core business - we can't close the business down just because you complaint against it right?</p> <p>Ok just for the record, we can do that cos our products and services are inelastic to you customers. Morality has no place here anymore cos you had immorally destroyed all the goodwill between us.</p> <p>If you have a god, let him bless you.
