    • I am learning Chen and Yang Style, but i want to learn tui shou and chin na. anyone can recommend?

      Interest and also wanna learn some self defence, which can come in handy in unexpected situations, where u can have more self confidence........why

    • i have never heard of anyone that teaches chin na specifically.

      U cn go try out tui shou at Macrechie reserviour every sunday at around 10

      Because there is real Taiji, and then there is the slow-mo dance that people mistake for Taiji.

      Real Taiji is extremely combat-effective. However, it is incredibly difficult to learn. There are also very few teachers able and willing to teach this.

      On another note, self-defence has more to do with awareness and street smarts than it has to do with martial arts.
