Help need for my Internet Connection

      I cant log in msn for more than 10 secs. It will get disconnected and then log in automatically and then disconnected...........

      So basically, my internet connection is just ON and OFF and ON and OFF. Can someone give me advices?

      Using SINGNET connection
      2wire modem (cable)
      Have mirco filters already

      msn problem.

      are U able to download anything from other sites for more than 10sec?
