      how to get this excel "Stop Recording Toolbar" bar up?
      my excel got screwed and when i followed the steps at
      http://www.mrexcel.com/tip077.shtml
      the little toolbar never shows up. It was showing up properly yesturday
      some setting got screwed and i cant find it
