    • Whether it's enough will depend on what you use your PC for. If you use it for very basic needs... 256 is enough.

      If you load Windows 3.0... 64MB is enough.

      You know Vista got lots of versions?

      Vista Basic - 512MB to 1GB of RAM is enough

      Vista Home Premium - 1GB and above

      Vista Business - 1.5GB and above

      Vista Ultimate - 2GB and above

      Vista Enterprise - It has all kinds of features from the different versions... recommended is 1GB, although it runs fine on 512MB (but quite slow).

      What kind of gaming?

      You are quite kiasu when buying a graphics card... either that you are loaded.
