      Actually, it can. But you need to install something else to configure it do so. And you'll need a software firewall as well.

      No it doesn't but there are applications such as iptables to do both the job as a router/firewall.

      Windows is trashy for a server OS, if you were to run a router/firewall, why on earth would your choice of OS be windows? No, IPtables doesn't run on Windows.
