    • Recently I'm using Maxonline Premium plan(12mbps), but bcos I rent the house...

I got this new tenant just signup Maxonline Express plan(8mbps) in the same house, so now my home got 2 Maxonline subscribers.

My most concern is we are using the same TV cable, do u think the speed will affected? <!-- / message -->

    • Wait... shouldn't Starhub know about it?

No idea if speeds will be affected, but you should first be concerned if you are able to get to the Net. Two lines may cause problems.

    • One billing address, 2 internet access accounts, at different speeds and the same vendor.

This is my first time hearing it - is this even possible?

I only know that when you call SH, you must give them your Ic number and your SH account number. If both subscriptions run under the same address, would the account numbers be the same?  Judging from the 2  cable connections running from the same address.

I would suggest you to call up starhub and check up with them.
