    • l was downloading sum software for my psp. download tis software call psp express converter, on my 1st attempt, it failed when downloading, but there is an exe file on my desktop.

       

      l tried to delete but was faced wif this message.Cannot deleted psp_video_express : it is being used by another person or program. close any programs that might be using this file and try again.

       

      any ways?

    • open task manager and see if the program is in the process list

      To open task manager, press Ctrl + Alt + Del
      Choose Task Manager

    • no lehs..

      l tink it stays there now becos when l download le...1st time the exe failed, that is why.

      sian la..any removal methods for tis exe.

    • Try first. Safe mode operates with the minimum requirements. If cannot, still got other ways to try

    • l download the killbox.exe le..and put in the file riaos....den what shld l do..eagle.

    • l pull the exe file into the killerbox and click the x button which means delete file.

       

      but it reply me wif a prompt that it cannot be deleted..
