I think right at the top floor of simlim got 1 that sell 2nd hand laptop. If you're gonna buy one to test hacking software, thats the place to go.

look for shops in simlim that sell msi laptops or some other brand...start with T i think...sorta rare here...will post once remember liao

Yeah it seems quite difficult to get a notebook without an OS.

If I can find a notebook without a preloaded OS, I plan on installing Xubuntu or something similar.

But seems the closest I can find are those with Linux.

why would you want an os less system?

Install open ended os? Boycott vista?

an os less system could cost even more.

The closest you can find, however, are those that are preloaded with Linux. The whole laptop should cost lesser than if it were to come with Windows.
