      1. Creative Techical Assistance Number. ( I searched their website but couldnt get it)

      2. I dropped my Ipod Nano + Creative Vision M in water.. it cant be switched on now.. both warranties are out.. is it possible that they will help fix it out of goodwill? If not, how can i get it fixed? open em and dry them?

      Sadly no.

       

      Even if it's under warranty, there is a very slim chance and probability that they will fix it out of good will.

       

      You can get them fixed by going to their respective service centres.

      Although you can open up the battery covers (if any) and dry them with a hand dryer

      you should have let the both Ipod Nano + Creative Vision M dried up before attemptting to on them

      could let them dry up in aircon rm


      better chance of them able to work than on them right after having them out from water
