help msn problem

      i can sign in to msn but after awhile it will appear that '' msn has encountered a problem and needs to close'' i restarted it but still cannot then i restarted my com also cannot solve.. any one knows how to solve it? thanks alot

      Not everything/ every problem is caused by a virus.

      You could try completely removing your contact cache store

      Try this:.

      To do so, shut down Messenger, then click Start, then

      Run, type:
      %appdata%\Microsoft

      Right-click the MSN Messenger folder and choose Delete. Then restart Messenger and see if
      the problem has been corrected.

      i nv encountered this kind of problem b4.. u shld try kenn3th's suggestion... or did u dl any latest things to ur msn? or wad u can do is to email to them, and ask for help... i did once, and they replied me with several solutions... it was a great help..
