      C# should be easier than C++... if you know Java.

      Electronic,computer,communication engineering do teach Various C++,C#,Java but basic

      Other Engineering Do study also, which is C programming quite hard

      Information Technology teach jAVA AND many other Languages(java script,Html,visual,...) while in yr 2 there are Specialization for different languages which is more " pure " than Engineering

      Some more in Engineering programming is not just for computer whereas in machine,robot,microchip.

      All engineering should have some form of basic programming...C++ at least.

      IT obviously have programming...even for business IT.

      Business...from what I know...some study java...mostly web-based.
