      hi all

      if a PC is locked with administrator limits (meaning that programs cannot be installed by normal uses other than administrator), is there a way to fix this?

      my pal's office PC is one such case, and he wants to install Flash player to play games from www.y8.com and watch vids from youtube.com, but when IE gives the prompt to install flash player, just before the installation, a message pops up saying the user don't have admin rights and cannot use the function blah blah blah....

      ways to fix that or get around it?

      no lah......sometimes very free, really nothing to do.

      company overstaffed liao......if you know, i would really be thankful if you can let me know of any fixes or way.

      just wanna install adobe flash player and play flash games only.
