      <description>&lt;p&gt;1. press ctrl- a ( cmd-a for mac) &amp;lt;--- at this step, its the
same as select&amp;gt;all&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
2. press alt-ctrl-d( apple-cmd-d for mac)&amp;lt;-----at this step, its
the same as select&amp;gt;modify&amp;gt;feather.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;3. press ctrl-shift-i ( cmd-shift-i for mac)&amp;lt;--- at this step
is same as select&amp;gt;inverse&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
4. input the feather radius u want. eg 10.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
5. press delete and u are done&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;</description>

&lt;p&gt;May i ask how do u create this effect for a photo in Adobe
Photoshop CS3?&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;The border of the original photo(stock photo in XP) has been
change to translucent type.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;I only know that this can be done in Microsoft Word 2007 and i
cant find it in Photoshop.&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;Your help is appreciated since this effect will be used in one
of my assignment.&lt;/p&gt;</description>
