More like instability on the user's side. Either hardware or software issues. If it keeps continuing, time to check your hardware.

lots of reasons..

you disconnect
your laptop go into standby mode
Server error.

Use a download manager which supports resuming of downloads.

Download Express is one.

wxDownload Fast is another one.

im using windows vista enterprise currently with acer notebook , Extensa 4620. I am faced with problem that,when im dowloading it would get auto cut off. can anyone tell me ways to solve this problem?
