The most common problem with windows live messanger.
Sometimes there will be errors signing in; it's normally temporary.
Anyways, for your installation problem, is it:

A problem installing @ the above screenshot? if so what's the error message?
or is it @ here

For you not being able to install wlm, it's most probably a prob with windows live installer. (lots of people have this problem)

This one got virus ..Trojan Avg find when i run .exe
Scanned the PLSC file with KAV7 - it's clean. The trojan alert is either a false positive, or during the installation of MSN Plus!, you chose to support its sponsor, which actually installs an adware in your system. This may be the cause of the alert instead.
