      how 2 change it like just changing the file name in window ME?please offer advice,thanks!

      use mayi's 7 zip or

      What i recc.

       ExtractNow

      Simpily drag the rar file into the interface and then click on extract, it would un rar your files. A folder would be created for eg your .rar folder is named haha, a haha folder would be created. In this folder, it would contain whatever is inside the rar that is extracted.

      For zipping, just create a zip file and drag the folder that you un rar-ed in
