      guys plz help me...i need to do collarge photo like this...*is collarge the right spelling?*

       

      anyway i cant remb how to do..so if u guys know any simple software that can create this effect plz help...i need it for my club..thanks!

      Paint.Net which is free and easy enough to use. Plenty of tutorials on their website too.

      its a COLLAGE. that's the correct spelling.

      not much help on the other programs though, i'm a photoshop user.
