    • guys plz help me...i need to do collarge photo like this...*is collarge the right spelling?*

       

      anyway i cant remb how to do..so if u guys know any simple software that can create this effect plz help...i need it for my club..thanks!

    • Paint.Net which is free and easy enough to use. Plenty of tutorials on their website too.
