StarHub network problem

      hello, I just arrived to here from Japan. I setuped Starhub Broadband. but it runs with some wrong. I cann't explore the internet.

      my notebook' TCP/IP is gotten automaticly, and it is connected with modem by a straight line, but IP address is not right . what is wrong?

      Let's see...

      Please open Command Prompt (Start > Run and enter in cmd.exe)

      Type in ipconfig /all

      Copy and paste back the results.

      Please also show us how you connect.

      Example:

      Modem --- PC --- Internet

      Modem --- Router --- PC --- Internet

      Im not sure, but since u are from japan, u cannot compare the speed. Japan's internet speed is much faster compared to us

      In any event, please call starhub and complain. that's how things work here
