cannot delete a folder

    • i created a folder from desktop to hide it..i rename the folder using alt+0160 and it will show a blank folder.this feature help to prevent unathourize view of folder.now i don want the folder but i cannot delete it..anyone know?

    • So, what do you mean by "cannot delete it"? The folder disappears? Or any error code displayed when you tried to delete it? I have tried it on my computer and there's no problem getting rid of the folder.

    • the folder just remain there no matter how i delete or drag it to recycle bin..still there..i did a system restore so ok already..anyone know what happen?

      The other "cannot delete" folder is 1 that is corrupted... if u got tt 1 then......then........ask LatecomerX

    • LOL... don't bother. If you use third party tools to remove it, trust me, you will uninstall Windows. You can re-install Windows when you restart your computer.

    • Restart your computer in safe mode and delete the file from DOS prompt usng del command. Let me know if you need more help on this.
