My brother was using his HP laptop yesterday and halfway through the laptop stop charging and gradually died off . I tired removing the battery and charge without recieving any respond . When I reinsert the battery several minutes later , the laptop could not be on . I would like to find out what are possible fault in such situation as well the estimate cost involving the servicing.
Next, I would like to find out where can i send me PT for servicing . It seems to be not functioning properly and encounter frequent lagging...

A few qns:
1) The laptop was charging, but then it stopped charging and ran on battery, when the battery runs out, it thus died. therefore it could not be ran?
2)or did It die while using
3) what were u doing @ that time
if it's 1) it is most probably the adaptor being burnt out.
just head to the service centre, buy the replacement adaptor - $45.00 sgd.
