frankly speaking, i feel a good secondary sch is not the type dat is top of ranking system. who will want a principal to discourage a weak student to drop subject so dat the school ranking be affected?
it could be how the good environment inspire the students to study well. n the principal n teachers r having passion of guiding the students well in turn of their personal upbringing n value.
