      Is there a way to ace this?Ive remembered the format for it but how do i go around preparing for it?it may be complain letter..praise...request..How do you guys actually prepare for these?Ive tried looking for model essays for these but the only ones i found are for BZBD or are just the formats for these letters with very short content.Any help here?

      memorise the 格式
      follow instructions closely
      map out the main points in ur mind first (or u can jot them down)
      write short and concise sentences

      there is actually a reference book material for letter writing in chinese. my school instructs all students to get it since we were in sec 1 but it's an optional item. In there you can find hundreds of model answers to a question and they even teach you how to go about writing it. it is a step-by-step guide. will try to find the publisher for you when i am free.

      For content:

      1. Introduce yourself, state why you're writing the letter.

      2. State the problem / praise / request

      3. Give suggestions to solve problem / give more reasons why request should be granted

      4. End by 素闻贵公司... 希望 etc lah.
