    • I know of a commando who does chin/pull ups , dips + pushups sometimes for his upper body.

      And damn hes fkin strong like hell, can wrestle a 120kg person to the ground easily.

    • simon you inspired me to get stronger and stronger . I am a small and usually easy tensed nervous boy... when i do more exercise i am getting fitter and fitter everyday. question you have show the dips but i still don't really understand about dips. What is it training for? Laughing

      The dips trains the same bodyparts as the push-up.

      It is a vertical push movement training the triceps(back of the arms), chest and shoulders.

      but dips are not that easy to perform, you have to keep training them.

      I am not that strong yet.

    • pull ups and dips are two exercises that you cant do well in if your bodyfat is high.

      Some people can bench 3-4 plates but can barely more than 5-6 pull ups/dips.
