      All These Are Included!!

      -closets, beds,etc
      -no electric bills
      =free usage of aircon,TV,etc
      -laundry, house-keeping (a maid will do all these)
      -three meals a day (done by maid as well)
      -telephone line
      -stay in condominium (a safe compound to stay in...with security guards)
      -use of other recreational facilities (swimming pool, sauna,etc)
      -companion (you'll be living with a joyous family of three..=> )
      -use of VCR, VCD player, Hi-fi sys, TV, etc
      -you'll be staying with a family so you don't have to worry about furniture
