The Portuguese footballer is currently single after breaking up with his girlfriend, Spanish top model Nereida Gallardo, according to news daily 24 Horas.
Ronaldo - currently on a business trip in Los Angeles - was spotted at voguish Hollywood club Villa, where celebutante Hilton apparently made a move for him.
"Paris was all over him. The moment he arrived, she went over to his private table," a source told Daily Mail.
"At one point, she pushed her chest together and made a point of trying to snuggle up against him. But Ronaldo clearly wasn't interested in Paris. He turned his back on her.
"Every girl in the club was checking him out but Paris couldn't take her eyes off him.You could tell he enjoyed the attention but he didn't really want anything to do with any of the girls.
"He just sipped vodka soda in the corner of the club with his friends."
Ronaldo is currently recovering from an ankle surgery which will keep him on the sidelines for a period of three months.

The Man Utd ace, recovering from an ankle operation, made a surprise appearance at trendy Hollywood club Villa. Ronaldo, 23, was seen sipping vodkas and chatting with pals in the VIP area.
Sources said a string of girls made a beeline for the star, who recently dumped girlfriend Nereida Gallardo. But one onlooker said: “He didn’t seem interested. He just stayed drinking vodka with his friends.”

Paris, 27, last night denied reports she made a play for Ron and was snubbed. A spokesman said: “She spent the whole night with her family.”
Ronaldo was in LA for a sports awards bash. FIFA President Sepp Blatter claimed he was treated like a “slave” after United boss Sir Alex Ferguson insisted he remain at the club.
Meanwhile Nereida, 22, showed the Portuguese star what he’s missing as she sunned herself on a beach in Sardinia. Ron ditched her days ago after finding she had dated a Real Madrid ace.

RONALDO EYES SWIFT RETURN
Manchester United winger Cristiano Ronaldo is hoping to return to action as soon as possible after undergoing ankle surgery last week. The Portugal international is facing three months on the sidelines after having had the operation in Amsterdam.Ronaldo, who has been strongly linked with Real Madrid, has endured a frustrating summer after Portugal lost 3-2 to Germany in the quarter-finals of Euro 2008.
However, Ronaldo, speaking ahead of attending the 2008 ESPY Awards in Los Angeles, is looking forward to a return to action despite only recently undergoing surgery.
"I'm injured now, but I hope to come back soon," he said on Sky Sports News. "I love to play and I love football. I miss the ball now." Ronaldo has admitted he would like to play in the MLS one day, a league he believes is on the up, although he is keen to remain in Europe for the moment.
"I prefer to play in Europe at the minute, but in the future, who knows?" he continued. "David Beckham and Abel Xavier play there. I've spoken with Abel a few times and he says it's great. It's great to play here. "The league it's much better than a few years ago, the future is getting better and better."
