He is certainly will be going but where to is not finalised yet.
Inside story I heard was that Spurs players are not happy with his attitude and even a small tiff with Woodgate just a few days ago.
Anyway , Spurs need at another striker to backup Bent so need to buy at least one more striker(Ashavin perhaps and Dos Santos could play as a striker as well.)
Next they need another defensive player, Corluka saga which is not over yet, apparently Spurs has submitted the transfer paper to the FA whereas MCFC has not, & Spurs has lodged a complaint to the FA and awaiting for their ruling. It could even go to court.
Anyway I heard that Spurs signings is not done yet.

United close in on Berbatov
DIMITAR BERBATOV expects to be a Manchester United player within the next 48 hours. The Bulgarian striker has told his Tottenham team-mates that he is on his way to Old Trafford.
The £25million deal ends a year-long pursuit of the player by United boss Alex Ferguson. As we reported on Saturday, United were confident the deal would be done by the end of this week.
Now the Champions hope to unveil him as their new signing in time to be eligible for their big kick-off against Newcastle on Sunday.
Berbatov, 27, feared the deal might be off when reports surfaced of possible United moves for Thierry Henry at Barcelona and Valencia’s David Villa. But Berbatov was always Ferguson’s No1 one target. He has had three bids rejected — last summer, in the New Year and at the end of this season.
Ferguson said last week: “We are looking at three or four different options about the strike department which we hope will come to a happy conclusion.
“Hopefully, we will have someone in for the start of the season.”

Manchester United set to land Tottenham's Dimitar Berbatov with £28m bid
Manchester United are expected to seal the signing of unsettled Tottenham striker Dimitar Berbatov for £28 million in the next 24 hours, which would be a powerful retort to Chelsea captain John Terry's suggestion that Sir Alex Ferguson's side had "peaked".

It is understood that the Premier League and European champions have already tabled a bid of £23m for Berbatov while Tottenham have been holding out for £30m, but an offer of £28m is likely to swing the deal. Tottenham refused to comment on the future of the Bulgarian, who had returned to training at the club having expressed his desire to move to Old Trafford.
The European champions are offering Berbatov a deal worth more than £80,000 per week as the 27-year-old seeks to leave Tottenham. Despite guaranteeing Uefa Cup football this season through their Carling Cup triumph, Spurs could manage only an 11th-place Premier League finish. Berbatov, who has scored 46 goals in his two years at Tottenham, covets a chance in the Champions League.
His signing would send out a strong message to United's rivals. Terry claimed that while his club could "raise the bar", United did not have another level to reach. Describing last season's two-point gap, Terry said at the Premier League launch: "I think Sir Alex realises we weren't too far away from them at the very top of their game. I don't think they've got another level to go to."
