Just a note, by having such a sub-forum. Moderators must be aware that, people up from the top will watch this space, for anything seriously defamatory or biased against the Corps. Higher ranking cadets (CLT and above, tt doesn't mean lower ranked cadets can shoot their mouths off either) should take note of how they reply here, even in a light hearted manner.
Just an advice from someone who seen great ruckus at similar forums ...

As far as i know, although NPCC has a HO rank structure, NCDCC does not have such a feature. I am not sure if NCDCC will implement a HO system in future.
